We don't have what you would call a kid friendly back yard, it's all cement. But I try to make the best out of what I've got, so Lexi and I got some side walk chalk and drew all over the back yard.
I don't think she's grasped the whole concept of drawing yet. She basically just put the chalk in her mouth or would hit the cement with the chalk, but we had a lot of fun anyway.

cute pics of the chalk. When i tried that with E she looked at her hands, dropped the chalk and said, "too messy" and went back inside!
