Little weekend getaway

We took a little weekend trip to the Sand Dunes! We were there for 4 days, the pictures start on day 2. Sorry there's a lot of them so keep scrolling down.

The first 2 days were cold, so we had to bundle up.

Lexi's cousin Hayden was nice enough to let us ride his 4 wheeler around the camp for a while.

I couldn't get Lexi off this toddler 4 wheeler, she thinks she needs one of her own. We'll see about that.

We went with Rhett and Hayden (sorry no picture of Hayden) to catch lizards (Rhett caught 7), and Lexi didn't want to walk back to our camp. Lucky girl got a shoulder ride.

Nothing like a hot tubby after a long day of playing in the sand.

Easter Time

It doesn't show in the picture but Lexi was very excited to go see the Easter bunny.


For our little book worm, the Easter Bunny brought her some Princess books that are the perfect size for a church bag. they kept her quiet for part of church!

OK I am very jealous, Lexi will not snuggle with anyone. Maybe right before I put her to bed she'll snuggle for a second, but that's it. But she loves her Aunt Tawni and will snuggle with her forever.

I didn't think Lexi would get into the egg hunt this year, but she loved it. She couldn't pick up the eggs fast enough!
